Hereafter referred to as " the author"

This software is available on CD-ROM, useful in the environment Windows 2000, XP of compatible Personal Computer.

The conditions of use of this software are described below:

The PERSONAL license is the basic document which includes a software to install on 1 (one) hard disk drive and to use 1 (one) desktop

It is specified that the word "desktop" means a configuration with 1 (one) screen and 1 (one) keyboard.

The replacement of the Software is warranted free of charge for a period of 30 days.

The author reminds that this software is a didactic product made only for pedagogic uses. As consequence, in no event shall the author be liable for any other damages whatsoever including, without limitations, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information or other pecuniary loss arising out of the use of or impossibility to use this product.

This software is protected in France by Intellectual Property Regulations and abroad by international agreements on the copyright.

The user is not allowed to copy, translate, adapt, accommodate, modify the software and the documentation associated to it for commercial purposes. But it is possible to adapt, accommodate and modify the software for personal purposes with the agreement of the author.

The user is allowed to make a copy of the software solely for backup or archival purposes and remains responsible for the security of this copy.

It is reminded that the breach of any of the rights of the author of software is an infringement and that any infringement is punished in France by article L. 335-2 of Intellectual Property Regulations and punished for two years in prison an by 1 000 000 FRF of fine.

The " AGENCE POUR LA PROTECTION DES PROGRAMMES" is appointed by the author to take action against any unauthorised copy and/or use.

IT IS REMINDED THAT ONLY THE FRENCH VERSION OF THIS LICENSE IS VALID.
